We’re pretty excited to reveal that we’ve got a show on Balamii.
Internet radio is a beautiful thing and the South London station is, in our eyes at least, a pretty good benchmark for the artform. So we’re flattered that they’ve given us a monthly slot where we can chat nonsense and show you all kinds of good music from the fannings of British hip-hop to the crema of jazz and more.
We played some of our favourite stuff from last year such as efforts from Sefi Zisling, and Off Licence Records’ own sly fieri, as well as brand new stuff like Lee Scott’s ffsman EP (our January Pick of the Month). Young talent like Petrelli and Ashbeck were given a spin, as well as jazz mainstays Ruby Rushton and that lovely new one from Yazmin Lacey.
Have a sip of this.
