Coming from LA via the UK, VRITRA has continued to release on Bad Taste Records ahead of his next album.
The anticipation starts here with WHAT’S THAT, a sunny new single from the Los Angeles rapper with a wonderfully in keeping video. Handy-cam shots show VRITRA and his special lady rolling around in a drop-top as he drifts not only through streets but over the top of a gorgeous beat from Leon Sylvers IV.
The title WHAT’S THAT comes from the sample, chopped into the hook of this dreamy first taste of VRITRA’s first album on Bad Taste since Wilma Vritra with Wilma Archer. Conveniently, there’s an interview with Mr Archer in ISSUE FIVE, in which he speaks very highly of his Californian counterpart.
