A hot September has seen us update the Offie Mag Spotify playlist with some late-summer heat, enjoyed by way more than six people at a time.
A long-awaited project from Petrelli arrived on Yogocop Records, expertly produced by Ile Flotante. BINA returned with her ever evolving sound, while a perfect collaboration between illiterate, Lex Amor and Bel Cobain simply couldn’t miss our picks.
Elsewhere, some Japanese jazz, fireman funk from B.R.A.D and that new Lord Apex album can be found on Offie Mag’s Music of the Month.
Our Pick of the Month this time around is that new Sam Wise single, Shuda Cuda Wuda. It’s that sunkissed Sam Wise that reminds of us Lizzie, but captures how the House of Pharaohs artist has developed down the years.
Wise feels like a British rap icon in the making and while the future of this single may only be a quick drop in between projects, it’s sure to get a bunch of Offie Mag Radio play this month and beyond.
Don’t miss yer man sly fieri, either, who is back with an unlikely tech-house-leaning single with visuals that premiered with us. A leading light of Brighton’s rap scene, he’s on the Offie Mag Spotify playlist once again alongside the likes of dereck d.a.c. and Verbz & Mr Slipz.
Check the full selection on the playlist and a few more highlights as displayed on this slidey Instagram post thing. If you want to submit music to Offie Mag’s open ears, do so via SubmitHub.
