Footshooter announces his signing to Tru Thoughts with ‘Here To Learn’ featuring Andre Espeut.

Releasing his first single under the Brighton-based label and making his debut during their DJ takeover of Love Supreme all in the same week, Footshooter (AKA Barney Whittaker) announces his signing to Tru Thoughts with ‘Here To Learn’ featuring Andre Espeut.

The Soulful rooftop cut marks a reunion of sorts for Barney and Andre who previously collaborated remotely on a track for a Boomerang Records compilation and sees the DJ and producer incorporate elements of broken beat, jazz and house as he takes you on a journey to the dance floor.

His diverse sets have taken him from Boiler Room to We Out Here and if ‘Here To Learn’ is anything to go by, expect exciting new music and a bright future for Footshooter on Tru Thoughts.
