Nappy Nina, the Oakland-raised and Brooklyn-based rapper was in the UK recently as part of her 'Morning Due' tour.

‘Morning Due,’ Naps’ LP from 2023 was on Offie Mag’s Music of the Year shortlist and will no doubt get plenty of spins in 2024 and beyond. Rapping with precision over so-called ‘hyperlink-type beats,’ the music is connecting with audiences on both sides of the US and both sides of the Atlantic.

We caught up on the streets of East London, the day after Nappy Nina’s first UK show of the tour.
