Public Health England Supports Brighton Charity's Rap & Mental Wellbeing Initiative

In Brighton & Hove, eott and AudioActive are teaming up to host a new event focused on using rap as a tool for mental health, an initiative supported by Public Health England.

'Rap, Rhyme and Mind' will take place at the Plus X Innovation Hub in Brighton and will feature interactive talks and performances.

This is far from the first time that the music charity AudioActive has used music as a tool for better mental health, having run their acclaimed Room to Rant workshops for many years across Sussex.

Who are AudioActive?

AudioActive is a Brighton-based charity dedicated to empowering young people across Sussex through music. They provide free, open-access sessions, workshops, and opportunities to help emerging artists explore their talents and shape their futures.
