Understated but smooth in his delivery, Kelvo has steadily been dropping some down-tempo Hip Hop well worthy of your attention.
Having previously released on Alpha Pup Records out in Los Angeles, Kelvo's begun 2023 with a single and a self-affirming message with his track Patience. The sample-led, woozy instrumental allows Kelvo to vent, going with a fittingly patient, slow flow over drums that are subtly quite quick.
It's like he's trying to be patient but there's an underlying urgency to get up and go. Coming in at just under 2-minutes in length, this Kelvo track flies by with an abrupt ending leaving you wanting a little more. In that sense, it does what a single should do.
