OFFIE MAG'S LONG HOT SUMMER TICKETS

muva of Earth curates 'Quite Romantic' playlist for Offie Mag

To celebrate the release of her latest tune, High, we invited muva of Earth to curate our ‘Quite Romantic’ playlist, acknowledging her favourite romantic hits, both new and old.

Growing up between London and Kent, muva spent her teenage years immersing herself in her music. Today, muva finds inspiration in the music of Sun Ra, Sade, Alice Coltrane and Fela Kuti. By connecting to her Yoruba roots, muva of Earth’s music explores the complexities of identity, the self and human connections.

The alternative jazz singer has been hailed by Worldwide FM bossman Gilles Peterson and is playing this year’s We Out Here main stage. We’re bloody excited to finally see her perform having premiered her video for Affirmation back in 2020. Now signed to Brownswood, we're eager to hear more of what's to come from an artist that oozes with the creative freedom that jazz allows.

You'll find all of the above on the radio show she has been hosting on Worldwide FM since March and in keeping with that, muva of Earth's playlist selections are fire as well - somehow seamlessly weaving Future and Kanye West into our Quite Romantic playlist. They said it couldn’t be done.
