Yazmin Lacey's debut album gets closer with new single 'Late Night People'

Nottingham residing Yazmin Lacey drops ‘Late Night People’ from her upcoming and greatly anticipated debut album, Voice Notes.

Voice Notes will be arriving on 3 March, and if the first three singles, ‘Pieces’, ‘Bad Company’ and now ‘Late Night People’ are anything to go by, it’s going to be a corker.

Unlike the previous two, 'Late Night People' has electronic aspects intertwined with her love for jazz and soul still shining through.

According to the song’s bio on Bandcamp Yazmin explains, “I’ve always been inspired by what goes on when the rest of the world is sleeping. Sometimes, people only associate nightlife with debauchery, which has its place, but it’s also much more”.
